Other boxes that must be ticked before they can continue:
- I have read and understand the PowerPoint Presentation. (we need to add a link here?)
- I understand that the deposit is non-refundable.
- I understand that the balance must be settled in full no later than 31 May 2025, failing which I will be automatically removed from the flight list, accommodation and transfers (if taking the full package) and accommodation (if taking the accommodation only package) – maybe this can be refined to which ever option they choose initially then it default to the correct wording when they need to tick this box?
- I understand that the package is subject to exchange rate fluctuations and that any shortfall will be invoiced accordingly (something like that)?
- What about terms and conditions?
- The coaches need a separate box stating that they understand that they need to settle the deposit in full and then the balance that adds up to 50% of their invoice as at 31 May in order to qualify for the coaches 50% levy incentive programme. They need to also understand that should they not meet their payment deadline they will be responsible for the full amount of their invoice.
